By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all rules, regulations, and requirements of the University Church Softball League. I further acknowledge that University Church, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while participating in this league, including while on Park property. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless University Church from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from participation in league activities.
